Meet your Coach - Jackie Roberts

As someone who spent over three decades in the clinical world of Laboratory Medicine and pharmaceuticals—including specialized work in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)—I thought I had all the answers. I understood the data, the blood markers, and the chemistry.

But when my own "menopause wall" hit, I realized that data alone wasn't enough. Like many of you, I did “everything right.” I trained harder and stayed disciplined, yet my body still changed. I found myself burned out, aching, and spiritually drained.

It was a turning point that required me to merge my medical expertise with a deeper mission.

I realized I was being called to use my award-winning coaching leadership  background and 20 plus years of community service to help women navigate this transition differently. I transformed my own complex health challenges into clear, actionable strategies that work with the female biology, not against it.

I care about this work because I’ve seen both sides—the view from medicine, pharmaceuticals and the view from the struggle. Today, I use that unique lens to help you reclaim your comfort zone physically, mentally, and spiritually.
